With USPS, there can be delays, and tracking numbers aren’t always properly updated. In some cases, this can happen where the status says, "Delivered", but the package can be delivered days later, after this status change happens. Delays like this can happen with bad weather and high shipping volumes. USPS takes a full 5-7 business days to arrive. If you still haven't received your order in that timeframe, please let us know at help@formlessbeauty.com so we can assist!

No, unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, reach out to customer service team at help@formlessbeauty.com and we can assist.

Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products, as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been altered, emptied, etc. Please see our return policy here for more details.

Only orders that have not yet been fulfilled and have not left our shipping facility, can be canceled. Although once you receive the order and it does not meet your satisfaction, you are welcome to use our 100% money back guarantee if you placed the order within the last 30 days.

The gold and silver sparkles in our glosses come from Mica and Iron Oxides. These are both minerals that are safe and naturally derived ingredients, as well as ethically sourced.

Mica, Octyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Zinc Stearate, Zinc Oxide, Boron Nitride, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Non-Nano Particle Titanium Dioxide, Ultramarines, Iron Oxides, Bismuth Oxychloride.

 Our shadows are formulated 100% vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and gluten free.

All of our lip gloss shades do contain glitter and shimmer in the formula. Some of our shades have more pigment and shimmer than others (Example- Manifest is more pigmented and contains more pearl particles, and Euphoria contains the least amount of shimmer and pearl particles) Most people don't feel any of the glitter or shimmer particles in the glosses, because it is so fine, and the creamy, moisturizing formula prevents you from feeling the glitter. However, having glitter and shimmer in lip products can be a personal preference, and some are more sensitive to feeling the shimmer particles than others. Our glosses are made with pure and simple ingredients, and can contain oils like vitamin E, coconut oil, and jojoba seed oil, so the shimmer particles can settle in the tube, and the amount can vary application to application. Before applying, be sure to mix the gloss with your wand for the most even application.

Our glosses have more of a sheer base, but each one is buildable, due to it’s moisturizing and shine effect. If you choose to, you may add a lip liner or a similar shade of lip stain under the gloss to emphasize the pigment. However, on their own, each shade has a beautiful tone. All the images on our website are the glosses in their natural state with no alterations or added products.

No, our glosses do not contain a plumping effect. Our main goal with our lip gloss is to offer a product that is non-sticky, very hydrating, radiant and shiny. All of that, with simple ingredients you can pronounce. We designed and formulated a product that makes you want to keep applying it for its moisture factor, like a lip balm, unlike other glosses that dry you out. By not making it a plumping product, we tried to avoid any irritation that can be experienced by our consumer. Plumping glosses, if reapplied can leave your lips irritated and very dry, which is the opposite of what we strive for. Our goal is to nourish and not strip your lips of nutrients. If you have ever had really spicy food and felt your lips burning with an unpleasant sensation afterwards, you have somewhat experienced similar ingredients that are used in plumping glosses. We want to ensure a pleasant experience rather than a painful, and possibly harmful one.

Due to the fact that these are glosses and not lip stains, the longevity of the gloss depends on numerous factors, such as eating, drinking and your overall daily lifestyle. Although our glosses are longer lasting than most glosses due to their high shine and moisturizing effect, you may still need to apply a couple times throughout the day to maintain its high shine.

Although we try our best to portray each product in their most natural state, sometimes the colors can slightly come out different. We try to showcase every product in a few different lights, to capture the exact shades, however the outcome depends on a few contributing factors such as skin color, camera settings, monitor settings, lighting, etc.

Also, because our glosses are vegan with simple ingredients, they are more of a sheer base with added shimmer and pigments of color. The shades can vary person to person based on skin tone and lighting, and layers can be applied based on how pigmented you want them! 

Yes, our current products are all vegan. We believe that vegan products are very important to protect our customers as much as possible from harmful chemicals. Vegan products also reduce the chances of skin rashes, allergies and other skin related issues.
Also, our products are vegan, because we do not believe in testing on innocent animals. We want to make sure our products serve your beauty needs in a way that does not harm animals. We avoid creating color payoff at the expense of crushed beetles, which is something many cosmetic companies do. *As much as we'd love to not use red dyes in our glosses, we are continuously trying to crack the code and find ways to pigment our glosses with an alternative ingredient. The dyes used in the glosses are FDA approved, and also approved in food consumable products. In order to get vibrant colors like reds or pinks, small amounts of these dyes must be used.

It is important to have simple ingredients in makeup for our consumers to understand what is being applied to their face. It also greatly reduces any type of allergic sensitivity or reaction, when ingredients are pure. Our main goal is transparency within the formulation of our products, and to indefinitely minimize the risk of exposure to any harmful chemicals to you, our customers.
