Needs some improvement!

"I like the formula, as it feels smooth going on, but the mechanism to wipe the excess off the brush isn’t there! My want comes out with major clumps on it! Super disappointing! Once I wipe most of it off, I can get a decent layer on, but otherwise it clumps up on my lashes pretty bad to the point where I have to comb through them with an eyebrow brush to separate them again!"

Descent mascara

"It’s pretty good. I have very allergenic eyes. I have not noticed that this prevents that because my allergies are still the same no matter what mascara I put on. If you have sparse short eyelashes like me, then you can’t expect a buildable long eyelash look out of this even though I do take note that there seems to be quite a bit of product inside the wand which is appreciated. I think that’ll make it last longer than most-which it should have the price point."

"I wanted so bad to love this mascara… I do love the glass tube and the clean ingredients and it looks great on; however, it only comes in the shade black (I usually wear brown) and unfortunately it runs/ smudges under your eyes after just having it on an hour and that’s just doing regular activity/ work indoors… hopefully the formula can be improved a bit more because it is expensive."

I haven't purchased any mascara yet, but I'm looking at the ingredients and there is some type of Glycol in it. I can't imagine that is a natural ingredient. I used to work at a company running a machine 20+ years ago and they used a type of Glycol for the antifreeze. I can't imagine that is good for your eyes either. Can you tell me why the Glycol is in there and whether or not you guys are trying to come up with a formulation that doesn't require it?

The exact form we use, "Capryl Glycol" is a safe, skin conditioning agent that has some antimicrobial activity, which is important in mascara, since it's used around our eyes!
