Is Elevate Mascara waterproof?
Elevate Mascara is water-resistant, not waterproof. It holds up well against moisture, tears, and humidity once fully dried down, but it is not designed to withstand full water immersion. This also means it removes more easily and gently than waterproof formulas — no harsh removers needed.
How do I remove Elevate Mascara?
Elevate is designed to come off easily without aggressive makeup removers. Micellar water is the recommended removal method — gentle enough for the eye area and effective at breaking down the formula. The Formless Beauty Renewal Cleanser also removes it without requiring a separate eye makeup remover step.
How do I apply Elevate Mascara for best results?
Start with all other eye makeup already in place — concealer, eyeshadow, and eyeliner go on first. Curl your lashes, then apply from root to tip using horizontal strokes at the base and vertical strokes toward the tips. Allow one full minute of drying time between coats. Build from one coat for an everyday look to two or three coats for full drama. Always complete upper lashes before moving to lower lashes.

Starting at the root, sweep the wand upward to the tip using horizontal strokes at the base and vertical strokes toward the ends. Work from the inside corner outward for even, full coverage.
2 | Build
Allow one full minute of drying time, then add a second or third coat for more drama and volume. The formula grips better on a dry base, this is what gives you length and thickness without clumping.
3 | Finish
Complete your upper lashes entirely before moving to your lower lashes. Once done, avoid heat sources such as steam, blow dryers, humidity, until the formula has fully dried down.
